Ribbon Cutting for Hard Bargain Community Center and Office

Many of you played a large role in turning the caretaker’s cottage on Mt. Hope Cemetery into a thriving community center for the Hard Bargain Association this August. The center, renamed Ty’s House, was dedicated to Ty Osman II for his sincere devotion to helping others in need. Ty’s passion for serving others encouraged hundreds of community members, subcontractors and our own employees to create a space where the Hard Bargain neighborhood can host social gatherings and have access to an Internet Café and training programs.

We invite you to come out and attend the Ty’s House ribbon cutting Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 10:00 a.m. at 608 Mt. Hope Street in Franklin.

The ceremony will feature remarks by Brant Bousquet, executive director of the Hard

Bargain Association, Ty Osman, Solomon Builder’s CEO, Elder Ray McGuire, pastor of Franklin Church of God and the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce.

If you haven’t already seen the finished project, you can take a tour of Ty’s place directly following the ceremony. We hope you can make it!
